Went there to have the driver side door fixed because it was getting loose and the bottom part of the front bumper kept falling off. I also had the oil changed. 4 hours and $470 later when I picked it up, nothing that I originally brought it in for was fixed.

No doubt the people here are friendly but I can't get past the fact that vehicles are priced well over MSRP. For example I was looking at a Seltos. I asked the dealer for the Trim for a 'Starbright Yellow' Seltos and he looked at the label and told me it was the 'S' Trim. I then asked the price on it and he said $32,000.00. Now that's crazy, MSRP is $24,005 including the freight charge to get it to this Island. Keep in mind this is FWD so there's no way the over charge could include AWD which ... Service recall and oil change Helped by JJ Sanchis Honest and Professional Set up an appointment, they said 1 1/2 to 2 hours. It was done on time with a big plus, they washed my car, guess they couldn’t stand a dirty Kia Soul LOL. Thanks for the service, see you for my next service needs.
